I started going to Body Blitz after a friend suggested I give them a go. I was resistant at first because I was a little intimidated by the whole 'gym' environment after experiences at other gyms over the years. But I'm so glad I decided to try one of the classes at Body Blitz with the reassurance that I won't be judged and to do what I can and at my own pace.

I started at Body Blitz about 15 months ago and haven't looked back, I initially was looking to lose weight and also to increase my fitness but not only have I achieve both of these goals my confidence has increased and I love going to the gym. I have achieved my goals without much change to my lifestyle other than I now prioritise going to the gym and make everything else fit around the classes. I aim to do at least 3 classes a week and sometimes more. Each week the classes are different and the trainers are enthusiastic and encouraging, motivating you to achieve your best and push yourself beyond what you think you are capable of. I now run which I would not have been able to do before starting at Body Blitz.

I not only like going to Body Blitz for the training but the social aspect is fantastic, before and after classes it's nice to chat with the other class members and everyone is genuinely interested and encouraging in your fitness journey as well as you as a person, it's like a big family. My two daughters have now started training at Body Blitz after convincing them how good it is and them seeing how it has changed me. I'm happier and healthier than I have ever been all thanks to the fantastic trainers at Body Blitz.
