Kids Class

Kids Class

These classes will look to introduce kids to the gym environment and provide them with fundamental skills they can use to improve their overall fitness. Classes will involve a mix of strength and conditioning, speed and agility and fun games to help build team spirit and confidence.

There’s no best type of training; you need to find the right fit for you. That’s why we offer a range of classes to suit your individual training needs and goals, from improved strength to toning and weight loss.

Boot camp

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Body Blitz boot camp offers an evolving combination of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises in a dynamic team environment. Our expert trainers will guide you through the workout, monitoring your progress to ensure you achieve the best possible results. Boot camp is perfect for weight loss and to improve overall tone and strength.

Blitz S+C

S&C stands for Strength and Conditioning. It’s the perfect blend between strength and fitness. Utilising a wide range of exercise modalities, from AMRAPS to EMOM’s and everything in between, you’ll experience the benefits of encompassing all that Body Blitz has to offer. But don’t be put off by the technical terms, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. Our trainers structure each session to allow you to work at your own pace and achieve your personal best.

Fit-2-Box

Fit-2-Box is our high intensity interval training (HIIT) boxing class. Boxing is an all-body workout that will get your heart pumping, develop endurance and stamina, as well as upper body and core strength. Our expert trainers also like to throw in some leg exercises to ensure a full body workout. If your goals are weight loss, improved fitness or sculpting a leaner physique, Fit-2-Box is the class for you.

Blitz Power

Squat, bench press and deadlift. These are the foundational exercises to all strength programs. This functional fitness class will teach you proper technique, prepare and support your body for everyday, real-life activities and build strength like never before.
